Yes, if you’re aware of the original House of Wisdom, it is pretentious/presumptuous of me to liken this site to that historic locale, but consider it a “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery” kind of situation. Besides, my earlier draft was a play on incorporating my actual name with the word “knowledge”, and we’re all better served with something a bit more humble.
True to form, the House of Wisdom did have many imitators, so, nothing wrong with adding to that.
