I feel like we should be able to talkabout things we like and don’t like in the gamewithout worrying about… hurting each other’s feelings.Like, learning to talk about it that’s not, like… you know:“I’m not saying you are a bad artist. I’m saying, like, this—I couldn’t see this thing, because it wasn’t bright enough.”Like, why can’t we—Do we need to be anonymous to get those things out?

A lot of people who feel like their, um…their areas of ownership and responsibility on the projecthad been trotted on, you know—they had been trespassed upon, and so they put these big, big walls up to make sure that doesn’t happen again. But in a project where things are functioning really well, you don’t need those big— you know, razor wire over every wall. You know, you can, like, you know,be more relaxed about that. And I think trying to get the team into that more relaxed statewhere people are feeling good about…you know, collaborating across walls, and getting along.

✏️ Collaboration and the struggle to make people feel comfortable to not put up walls and silos. To make them feel safe that they won’t lose their area of responsibility and it won’t be trotted upon, but rather lifted up… together. 👓 collaboration Creativity 🔗 View Highlight
