Sometimes you unionize, not when things are going so badly, but when you want to protect how well everything is going. Is this kinda a feel-good story? (Or a sad state of affairs, that people protecting something great in preparation for the evils of capitalism is what constitutes feel-good at this point)

I’ve learned you don’t need to hate your job to want a union. You can love your job, and that’s a fantastic reason to organize.
